The Digitizing Process:

The digitizing process takes your artwork or picture and, through specialized computer software, transforms the image into stitches that can be read by the embroidery equipment - resulting in your design being sewn out.

 

 

Embroidery Limitations:

Fabrics:  Heavy woven sweaters and corduroy do not embroider well.  Fine details or small lettering will fade into these fabrics.

Pockets:  Designs on pockets and tight areas cannot be embroidered since there is no way to hoop these garment areas.

Design Size:  Left chest designs should be no more than 4" wide.  Any larger than this and the design may run into the armpit area.

Lettering Size:  Letters less than 3/16" in size cannot be embroidered.
